The Situation: 

Plasticaucho sells over 25 million pairs of shoes annually and was challenged to deliver new products in time for the new season introductions. Poor introduction performance negatively impacted Company Growth and Sales.

The Method:

Basic CCPM training was applied using the Exepron Application to Plan, Schedule, Execute and Analyze each projects performance.

Following initial training by an Exepron Affiliate Consultant, the installed PPM Solution synchronized New Product development activities and made a dramatic difference in new season introductions.

The Results: 

A PMO applying Exepron’s PPM and Business Intelligence, synchronizes the New Product Department across all new introductions. Resulting in moving on-time seasonal delivery from 37% to 78% on-time.
